Villa GAIA has been designed with respect to the needs of people with mobility disabilities. We have created a specially designed courtyard area and a room with a bathroom ensuring coverage of all needs of access and functionality.
Atrium
The Villa’s entrance features an auxiliary lift for people with disabilities and its own courtyard on one level, so that our disabled guests can move comfortably around the space.
The private pool, combined with barbecue facilities, gives the opportunity of an unforgettable experience at this venue overlooking the entire Corinthian Gulf.
Lounge
On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, specially designed for people with disabilities. In the living room, there is a built-in sofa and a fireplace.
You will also find special projection equipment as well as a state-of-the-art sound system which can offer a different experience in each separate room; this way movie watching is turned into a unique home cinema experience.
The feeling left by Villa GAIA is simple luxury, warmth and relaxation.
Kitchen
Fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, oven, espresso coffee maker, teapot, juicer, wine conservator, cooking utensils and crockery.

They are particularly spacious and equipped with high quality linen, hair and body care products and the ability to listen to the music of your choice from the speakers.

The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are designed to accommodate people with disabilities.
All bedrooms have a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube access, a mirror with hidden lighting, a shower with sea view (on the floor), luggage station, space to hang your clothes and storage. There is a hair dryer and an iron for your clothes.
In the first floor bedroom, there is also a sofa that converts into 2 single beds or a double bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned with heat pumps and there is always hot water due to the solar water heater. We also PROVIDE a crib for babies.

The careful study of architectural lighting by Atelier Luce Lighting led by Panos Katramadakis highlights the architectural composition and emphasizes the texture and materials, offering the visitor an unprecedented sense of intimacy and well-being.
